On the morning of June 7th, after initial contact through Alibaba International and a dedicated inspection visit, Mick Makulusa (Mark), Senior Investment Manager of the Tanzania Investment Centre, revisited Hunan Zhongwei Kejian Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Zhongwei Kejian) for in-depth cooperation discussions. During this visit, Mark successfully signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with our Chairman Wu Qiujun, laying a solid foundation for expanding into the African market.

Building on prior positive communication and mutual trust, Mark’s visit aimed to engage in substantive cooperation talks with our senior executives. Both parties introduced their respective company profiles, business sectors, and development strategies, exchanging insights and reaching consensus on integrating resource advantages, aligning industrial layouts, and promoting import-export trade cooperation. In a candid and friendly atmosphere, they explored cooperation models and project implementation plans, forming broad agreement on entering the Tanzanian and broader African markets.

Following the discussions, in the presence of both teams, Chairman Wu Qiujun and Mr. Mark formally signed the Cooperation Framework Agreement. This signing represents a crucial step toward complementary advantages and mutual benefit, officially launching the strategic partnership between Zhongwei Kejian and the Tanzania Investment Centre.
This agreement marks a significant milestone in our company’s overseas market expansion. As our globalization strategy accelerates, clients from Asia, Africa, and the Americas have visited our facilities, strengthening our foundation for international growth. The cooperation with Tanzania will facilitate the entry of high-quality steel structure products, advanced manufacturing technologies, and engineering services into the African market, contributing to the improvement of local infrastructure.

Moving forward, both parties will maintain close collaboration to advance project implementation under the agreement. Zhongwei Kejian looks forward to working with the Tanzania Investment Centre, leveraging respective strengths to promote Sino-African manufacturing development and contribute to building a China-Africa community with a shared future.
